I'm only going with one video card now until the next gen stuff comes out. I just want the main upgrade path taken care of, geez.

Well, I haven't seen a pictures of the next-gen stuff (so don't flame me), but most likely, you won't be able to SLi it. The other slot will most-likely be taken up with the fan.

I apologize for my previous post. I really can't afford the two 6800's right now. Stretching my budget pretty thick as it is. Basically, I just want the SLI mb and decent cpu in the event I do decide to go with dual next gen cards in the next 6 months. Basically, I'll sell the 6800GT and use the leftover cash towards the new cards (I've decided to go with the Athlon 4000+ SD as well).

And I'm hoping you can do SLI with the next gen stuff.
