I've always wanted water cooling, but its much more expensive than high end air coolers. Right now I have a Zalman CNPS9700 NT, which I find very loud. So my main goal with this purchase is to keep it quiet, cheap, and give me a better OC.

I only want to WC my CPU atm, but with my next video card upgrade I want to include a full cover block into my loop.

So here is what I'm thinking of, keep in mind I live in Canada and want to buy from NCIX.com.

CPU block: Swiftech APOGEE GTZ or D-TEK Fuzion V2
Pump: Swiftech MCP655
Rad: Not sure what to get. I want to keep it inside my case, so 240 is probably the biggest.
Res: Swiftech Micro res
Tubing: Tygon R-3603 1/2IN ID 3/4IN OD 5 Feet
Coolant: Feser One Fluid UV Black
Fans: Noctua NF-P12-1300
Fittings: Bitspower G1/4 Straight Compression Fittings for 1/2IN ID 3/4IN OD Tubing (Pair)

Which CPU block and radiator should I get? Is the rest good, and will all the parts work toghether well? Will it be worth it over an Ultra-120 eXtreme?
 
You cannot go wrong with either CPU block. Both the D-Tek and the GTZ perform within a 1c variance of each other, so it comes down to personal choice. Personally, I'm partial to D-Tek but its up to you.

Assuming you want to keep your WC gear internal, radiators are easy. Want to spend money? Feser X-Changer 240. On a budget? Swiftech MCR220. The parts list you have is plenty sufficient for cooling the CPU and will allow for room to grow into a GPU solution.
 
Swiftech MCR220 will be fine for that setup. MCP655 would be my pump choice as well

I'd get Masterkleer tubing to save about 1$ a foot, and some 1200rpm yate loons to save another 20$ or so... Really, with your CPU, I doubt you'd need more than 2x 600rpm fans to cool the thing... Unless you're running around 6ghz :)
