Bought this new, old stock, and everything is working fine, but the osd will not come up. I am thinking it is locked or otherwise disabled via rs-232 interface, as the monitor was used in custom home theatre installs, and was never sold retail to the public.

Figured I would see if anyone has experience with these monitors on this forum and has dealt with the issue, before beginning the arduous process of getting some assistance from Planar directly.
