place for getting small lcd's for computers?

I want to setup a small (somewhere between 12" - 15") LCD to use as a spare monitor for my second computer on my desk.

The thing is.. It must be able to connect to a VGA, be as cheap as possiable.. and also be small thin and low profile.

Anyone know a place I could get something like this? I would prefer not just a standard 15" LCD from someone.. I want this to be small and unobtrusive (meaning no 2" plastic border sourroundging the LCD, I hate that)
