Been looking to get a nice LCD for around the $300 range, at least 19 inches and native at 1600.
Also a gamer, and heard to look for a few specs, under 8ms to lower ghosting.
I came across this nice Samsung and was wondering how well you all think this would hold up?

The only thing i noticed and worry about is the pixel pitch is at .285mm which is a bit higher than what i usually see on other displays.
6ms response rate and native for 1680x1050.

Thanks for any help, im looking to purchase this or something soon by end of the week or early next week.

The best thing you could do if you can is take your computer to the store and try the screens out.

This was a big help for me in deciding between the ViewSonic VX2025wm and the Samsung 205B. To me the ViewSonic just felt better on my eyes and felt more crisp. However it is a VA panel and the Samsung is a TN panel.
I do mostly photo editing and gaming, so far this display works well for me (bought it last night :p ).

I myself have found that the higher the pixel pitch is the more i can notice the screen door effect.

So i should fly up to Newegg.com ?

Haha, jk, ill see if some stores carry a few good LCDs. I went to BestBuy last night, but nothing there was a good deal nor did any of their specs match up to what i was looking for.

I know Compusa, if you have one around, had the viewsonic and samsung on display.
