Man, now that looks so realistic. It seems like developers want to create really shiny or bright enviroments ala FC where the enviroments aren't really like that. I'll keep my eye on this game. :)
 
Nice water effects. Guess it may be time to get a 6800? :)
 
meh....

The character, water/reflecting light looks very nice, but the land textures and things don't look so hot (like that sand, it looks very bland...)

yeha the sand looks like shit


but obviously they are still working on it

This game is apparently in late alpha/early beta. Hopefully we will see this out within the next year or so. I'm also curious as to what the next GTA is bringing to the table with games like this on the horizion.

EDIT : http://www.ag.ru/gallery/13457/100760 there is another gallery of pics from the game. You can tell a lot of the textures are not done but impressive none the less.
