No way to answer that. Far too vague a question. Who's the provider? Even that can't answer the question. If you had someone near you hitting the same tower that'd be a reasonably good avenue for solid advice.
In general, IF the links are setup properly, terrestrial wireless links will add in the neighborhood of 1-3 ms to your ping. Added latency is a non issue to a properly setup and configured Point to Point link. Whether your local provider(s) know what they are doing, or if your within range with an unobstructed view to your tower and so forth can't be answered here. Might want to ask your neighbors if you know of anyone who is using whatever company your looking at. if your asking it as a generic question then you cannot get an accurate answer. If the question is just about capabilities, then latency on a PtoP microwave link is a non issue.
