Hey guys, my network's been acting kinda ... not good for a while now, so I thought I'd try to track down the problem. Well, I disconnect all machines from the router except one, and start pinging the router... everything looks fine until I start to surf. Then every once in a while, moreso when I'm loading more than one page at the same time, the ping to the router times out.
I then disconnected the modem, so that it's only one computer connected to a router and nothing else, and start pinging the router. 1500 pings and not a single timeout. Then I get into the router's control panel and start "surfing" through the preference pages, and the timeouts start up again, exactly as before.
It's a month old Belkin. Bad router or what? What do you guys think?
