Picture is Blurry?

I have a Asus VE247H 24" monitor and everything seems blurry. Here is an overview:

- I used to output to the same Asus monitor using HDMI, picture was crisp.
- I output to a second monitor using VGA, picture is great.
- I used the same DVI cable to hookup my laptop to the same Asus monitor and the picture was great.
- The output is in the monitors native resolution (1080p).
- The video card is a Radeon HD6770
