Picking out a PSU

I have not researched anything about PS's for a while now... so most of my knowledge about rails and capacities and all of that has gone completely out the window. Can anyone suggest a PSU that would be powerful enough to handle that load (below), stable, and preferibly in the 'under $50' range? Thank you :)

I picked one out from a brief look at NE.com - would this do the trick? Or if not... could you please suggest something that would be able to? Thank you :)

Aww, 30 views, and not one post?

Is there any chance I can ask just like 2 or 3 people to either say that the one I picked out is fine, or make suggestions of their own?

My case came with a brandex PSU of unknown make and capacity, and I want to get it switched out as soon as possible, before any damage is caused by it. If you know the answers to my questions, please take a few minutes of your time to help me out a little bit.

Never trust a PSU that fails the Delta 200W test, meaning if it's rated for more than 300W, it should look more substantial than a 200W Delta:

Ummm... but.. I have no way to see what is on the inside... i can spend hour after hour re-reading all of that information on rails, and capacity requirements, and pins, and whatnot.. but... i would much appreciate a few people just taking a few minutes to sit down and maybe make a few suggestions for PS's that might work with the outfit i have... anyone? With sugar on top? lol

In that range:

Xclio 450bl, Fortron 400w, Sytrin Nextherm (Masscool) 460w.

Ahh, many thanks to you :)

If anyone else has some suggestions, I welcome them, in terms of broadening the field of what to look for. But I have a start now, thanks :)

Seasonic S12-380 or S12-430
FSP FSP400-60GLN (just to clarify Spectre's suggestion)

Did you first spend a few minutes looking at recommendations for hardware similar to yours?

I'm going to say any first-rate 350W that can put out at least 20A on the +12V rail will do fine, but a 400W Fortron-Source/Sparkle/Hi-Q/PowerQ is real cheap and real, real good.

Yes, I had looked at the calculators and whatnot... but in terms of building my own computer stuff... I prefer to second-guess myself, and ask some other people to be safe. Would rather look a little silly, and get my question answered.. than not ask, and have my computer like.. fuse together, lol.

Anyways, many thanks for the suggestions! =)
