Picked up BF2 Complete from Amazon, have a question

The box art isn't what was shown on Amazon. The one I received seems to be for a region outside of the US, with the ESRB being replaced by a "16+" and a link to www.pegi.info. Before I open it, can someone confirm that this game is playable on a US PC, and if I'll have any issues patching it? Thanks.

Shouldn't have any problems, that just means it's a European copy, and other than a few MMOs I've never seen any region locks on PC games.

I bought a European copy of Guild Wars recently and had the same worry, but it worked like a charm.

There are a TON of players. It's easy to find a server and game style to match your tastes.
