I added a mcr220 to the bottom of my cosmos and I thought I'd share the pics. I used a sheetmetal nibbler for the bulk of the cutting and I cleaned the edge up with a dremel.

This is a repost of what I put up at Xs, so if you're seeing it twice, I apologize.

Here i used a lightbox technique to align the template so I could drill the holes. I really should have drilled them first.

Thanks, it's keeping everything quite cool.

It does get ample airflow. The cosmos s has rails that it sits on, keeping the case bottom off the desk. The psu and the new rad both intake from below. There's about an inch of clearance underneath.
 
Man, this case is awesome. If there were a FS/FT thread with this case, I would buy it.
 
LOL @ Thug. Hope the new case treats you well.

I saw a huge reduction when putting my gpu's in their own loop. But, I was actually adding a 2x120 rad to the loop. So that really caused the effect.
