Physically Repair Stuck / Dead Pixels?

I have a monitor with some stuck and dead pixels. I've tried all possible methods online for fixing it, software, tapping, rubbing. Nothing has worked. Would taking apart my monitor open up new possibilities? I'd be glad if I could just be able to make the stuck pixel dead so it could be less annoying.

Impossible I'm afraid, there are 3 individual microscopic transistors that drive every pixel on the screen.

for example. 1920 x 1200 x 3 = 6912000 transistors

I must be lucky, never a faulty pixel yet with my 4 1/2 year old monitor.

I see, I think the only shot I'd have would be to use a heat gun to fix up the solder joints, like the good old xbox days. I think I'd rather try getting rid of it.
