I get this BSOD about once a day, overclocked or not. Prime stable in all speeds for 24 hours (didnt have time to run longer than that). Can anyone give me any ideas on how to stop this rather annoying BSOD? =(.

Abit nf7s 2.0
Athon XP 3200+
512mb Kingston HyperX pc3200

Had FSB at 420 for a while.

is it two sticks of ram or one? if it's two try taking one out and testing it out. and if that one checks out take that out and put the other back in. and if it's just one stick try and get another stick from somebody.

It happens randomly though, Ive run stable for days and then it randomly happens...

I would have to keep a friends mem in for a few days... *shrug*

Its one stick.

I just upped the voltage on my ram by .1 (maybe it will help? hehe).

Try testing the RAM with memtest86 (even though it runs Prime95 stable for 24 hours).

Also, you can try relaxing the timings to see if that helps, or bumping the voltage like you did to try to increase stability.

timings relaxed all the way, the ram wont even work otherwise... maybe my ram is bad... lol.
