Okay i'm not to sure if this is going in the right section but lets see if you guys can help me out.
I'm a network admin at my company and one of our sales people uses Photoshop CS3 Extended.

On his PC that is using XP the software will work fine, then one day it will no longer let him do a few very random very strange things:

We cant resize bars in windows or Photoshop.

Some pictures will just not open at all(but will open in paint).

His printer will not show up in the drop down menu at all, and when we go to select one it stays blank.

In Photoshop it will not allow how to select tools, every thing just gets represented by the little hand.
there are more tiny issues but I can't remember everything.

Now I have narrowed this down to Photoshop because when I uninstall it all these issues go away, but I reinstalled it about 1.5 weeks ago and now the problems are back. Every thing is updated, he has most adobe products on this mechine, and he is a sales guy, so god only knows what else he does to that box.

If any one has any insight onto something I can try please let me know, thanks!

What ben said. Sounds like something got screwed up in his preference settings and I don't believe those are removed during the uninstall process.
