Photoshop CS2 Installation issue...

All I want to install from the Creative Suite disc is Photoshop.
Everytime it finishes the installation it automatically goes into "rollback" and uninstalls the software...I have no clue. This is on a Dell Optiplex 170 workstation with Windows 2000.
I've also tried installing directly from the "setup.exe" from the Photoshop folder on the CD but no go...
I can't find anything regarding this issue on Adobe's customer support on their website.

Any ideas?

fixed now...
IIS 4.0 is required but wasnt on the computer. the regular install did not show that this was needed when installing...
the trial version showed a dialog box showing it needed it. thanks adobe!
