Phoenix Expoit Kit

Anyone have information on this? I recently heard about it, but can't find any information about it or what it actually is.

Edit: I've done a bit of Googling, and some places say its the client side of ZeuS, but nothing can confirm it.

It is a collection of Office and Web Browser based exploits. Article classifies it as crimeware. As best as I can determine, it's a pre-packaged selection of exploits that can be purchased for deployment from a website platform. Kinda scary :S
