Phobya Fans - Feedback Wanted

They are very nice fans, but the cfm to db ratio is wrong. The fans are louder than advertised. They are, however, really bright if you are into that thing.

I am definitely NOT a fan of LED's (especially bright ones) so I might rethink these now.
