Phillips vs. Samsung TV

My choice is between these two 32" TVs:

They seem exactly alike. Which one should I go for? They're the only ones within my budget. I'll be using it for my xbox 360.

There is negligible difference in quality in 32" TVs. Any discernable quality differences are too small to detect in such a small panel.. just go with the one you like the look of.

For Euro market Philips TV's you may want to try a Euro-based forum to see what everyone has to say about it: http://www.avforums.com/forums/video-electronics/

With any luck someone may have performed some proper input lag tests.

Get the Samsung, it's much higher end. If it was between it and say, a 7000 series Philips, it would be Philips no contest.
