Ive got a Prometian Phase-cooler I am considering selling if somone will give me 500 bucks and come pick it up. I live in the San Francisco Bay area. The unit is totaly complete and working, with mounts for a Pentium 4. I also modified the unit with a side window and a hidden Cold Cathode.

The thing is like 70 pounds, and im not shure I could garuntee that it wouldnt be damaged on delivery. If you can figure out a method and company that can do it, I guess I can try shipping it. But I really would prefer somone local if possible... but shipping is an option if no one around here wants it....

70 pounds? Damn dude, what the hell is it? Pardon my noobishness, but I thought it was just a case when you mentioned the cathode and the side window.

Its a phase cooling unit. It delivers liquid coolant to a head placed on the CPU. There is a hermetic cell surounding the CPU, and the cooler basicaly cools the thing down to -44 C. I ran my P4 at 4.2 GHz solid with this thing. Only problem is that its too cold without other overclocking. The chipset and ram atleast need watercooling to make the system money. Ive got a wedding comming up, and I had to give my normal computer to my girl, so I need to converte the "beast" into something practical, so if I can get half my money back, that will be great.

As far as pix I dont have them hosted anymore, but I could send you some raws if you want to see the beast... the thing is killer...

As for Shipping, I believe that they call it Insurance :)
