"Phantom" Client in Status List?

Router is a d-link dir-825...the top entry in the above list, with the IP address 0.0.0.0, ALWAYS appears in the STATUS menu...The second and third entries are actual computers, and if i shut either off, they might linger for a minute, but then disappear from the list...

but the first entry always remains, even if i list that MAC address under the networking filter to deny it access to the network...

using WPA2 Personal security....

why is that entry ALWAYS there?

yes, i own a wii and a ps3...but that appears in the list even when the wii is turned off...
