There is a review of the Phanteks PH-TC14CS heatpipe HSF posted at Overclockers Club today that is definitely worth checking out. Here's a quote from the full review:

Phanteks stole the performance throne with its PH-TC14PE at the company's debut and has now added another great option for those looking for high performance with low noise where height clearance may be a restricting factor. It still takes up a large footprint and may restrict access to certain components while installed (RAM, headers, etc), but if a shorter profile is the goal then this is the compromise that must be made if performance should not be sacrificed.

Man that thing is a monster! Cools great but takes up way too much room. Have to remove the bottom fan if you ever want to access your RAM slots. Performance is stellar though.

Seems crazy that a cooler blowing perpendicular to the airflow in the rest of the case would perform so well. I love that you can get it in different colors though. Trying to go for an aesthetically pleasing setup makes me think twice about the highest rated coolers when the silver may stick out in a black interior case.
