There is a review of the Phanteks PH-TC14CS heatpipe HSF posted at Hardware Secrets today that is definitely worth checking out. Here's a quote from the full review:

The Phanteks PH-TC14CS surprised us. It is a wonderfully manufactured CPU cooler, with the advantage (over the tower coolers) of helping to cool all the components around the CPU, including the memory modules.
