We have our next Threadripper waterblock in for the testing! This one from Phanteks and is the model C399A, and it is a fine looking piece of watercooling equipment.

Reasonable design but flow distribution could be better controlled. Would be interesting to have detailed thermal information related to the flow channels furthest from the input and output. I'll be interested in the test results, realizing that details of the temperature distributions won't be captured.
