pfSense experts: some help with external IP's required

Hello all, just a pfSense configuration question...

I have access to 3 DHCP IP's from my cable internet provider, but I'm having trouble setting two of them up on one WAN interface in my pfSense router. I intend one for my LAN subnet, and one for my DMZ subnet. However, when I try using the various Virtual IP methods, I can't get it working (CARP doesn't make sense, Alias just doesn't work).

Has anyone had this configuration before?
 
I set one as my WAN, and set one as a virtual IP. Then just NAT to your virtual IP the things you don't want going out your WAN interface.
