Anyone have a case of pfsense + squid + squidguard seemingly just stopping site blocking out of the blue? I have a list and tested it...it WAS blocking. Now it just doesn't seem to block anything anymore. Anyone ever see this or know how to poke around enough to fix it? Thanks in advance for any help.

What blacklist are you using? Something like Shallalist or BigBlacklist?

Check and make sure the squidguard service hasn't crapped out on you, and the home screen isn't always an accurate indicator of whether it has or not, in my experience.
Are you using squid in transparent mode or proxy mode? If you were using it in transparent mode, I would try to enter the proxy info into your browser and see if it starts filtering then. If your internet stops working altogether at that point, your squid isn't working.
If none of that is helping, you might want to try downloading another blacklist for the time being to rule that out, I would suggest http://www.shallalist.de/
