Pf sense problem

Ok so i got my pf sense box up but i have one problem. I have a webserver running and pfsense does not allow traffic to it even after setting up the port in the Nat


What else should i look at here

Did you tick 'add firewall rule' too?

Still having this problem cant open the port for utorrent or for my webgui

As p3n said, are you sure you added a firewall rule? You can double check that the firewall is not catchign stuff in Status>System Logs > Firewall. Also, make sure your torrenting client machine does not ahve any firewall on it, or it at least permitting BT traffic.

If you have to add a firewall rule manually, note that it seems to do the firewall after NAT, so the source would be an internet address, and the destination would be your local address.

An excellent way to test this is Shields Up! - an online port scan.

the only thing wrong I saw with your screenshot is it forwards a range ie x to z

so if its just say port 80 it should be 80 to 80


Also double check your firewall rules.

You don't have to do that with pfSense. Leaving the to field blank maps it to the from field.

Yeah i have gone through all the rules as far as i can tell its right but im no expert

Man im about to go nuts
