my friends gets alot higher fps then with a 3ghz p4 and a 8x agp mobon he as the same video card and everything. I have a FIc AM37 with 4x Agp and im wondering if i get get a Abit nf7 will it increase my fps?
 
Well, his P4 3.0 is faster than yours. So, you'll need to get a better processor.
 
It has very little to do with the 8x and 4x, altough the 8x is faster and you will see a little gain, but it is mainly he has a faster processor and probley faster and more RAM then you which is pulling you back.
