In CPU-Z v.1.21 I noticed under the memory tab it stated "Performance Mode - Disabled" What in the world is this??? I have a IS7 and went through my bios with a fine tooth comb and cant find any settings that refer to a performance mode. Any one got a light to shine on my question.

Probably a reference to PAT, or something. Supposedly, Intel stopped leaving PAT even available to the motherboard chipset coders in i865, although it might still be visible or something that CPUZ expects. (i865 used to still have hidden support for PAT.)

Yes it's PAT.

My i865 only work in performance mode when set to fast in bios and everything is at default and auto. As soon as it's overclock the PAT disable. It's like that for all i865 board I think.

I think for Abit it's call Game accelerator and the Abit AI7 as it.
