Performance gain with video rendering

Would I see a large performance gain between a Q6600 at 2.4ghz and a Q6600 at 3.0ghz using Adobe Premier Pro CS3. Yes, it is a quad core app.
 
It won't be a 'large' gain but it will be noticable (unless you're held back by disk speed or something)
