Pentium3805U is enough to emulate up to PS1/N64/Dreamcast/GC abd everything before?

so I am thinking of picking up a MSI cubi for $150 from amazon to build a dedicates emulation machine.
I only need to buy additional ram for $30 (8gb) as I already have a spare HD and windows key.
Would that little machine run all of that?

If I remember correctly a Celeron 450 and and a Riva 128 was enough to emulate a ps1.

GC emulation is the toughest one listed in the title, and it may be satisfactory with that CPU in some GC games but not others. The rest in the title will do fine with a Pentium 3805U.
