Pentium M SFF for gaming?

Does anyone see any problems with using a Pentium M for gaming? The AOpen i915gm board for S479 is pretty interesting. Would pairing an SG01 with that AOpen board, and lets say a 735,745,760 CPU seem like a good gaming rig paired with a 6800?
 
it'll work. its just overpriced vs a s939 3000+ and reasonably small mobo.
 
I bought my chip off of ebay, I'm just waiting for the SD11G5 to go on sale, maybe when it's under the price of an xbox360, I'll pull the trigger.
