I have this combo (same deal Microcenter had on this combo), and it runs 4.3Ghz on OC Genie without touching anything else, albeit reusing an old heatpipe heatsink tower in push/pull I had laying around rather than the stock cooler. Dual-core no hyperthreading, but still a screamer IMO.
The integrated HD4600 is meh, but plays nice in concert with something like a 750ti which I've seen go for a hundred bucks.
