without overclocking on idle i get 35 C with that Tuniq Tower heatsink. Should I get another fan for more airflow into the case? I'm pretty sure I should be getting lower than this, am i right?

I just built this yesterday, used arctic silver 5 as well. I have 2 fans in the rear of the case, but no fan in the front should i get one?
 
Those temps don't seem bad I wouldn't worry about them. You are safe all the way up to 80 or 85 (can't remember off hand) Don't forget that you have to wait for around a month before you get the full effects from your termal paste.

Also what are your load temps that is the better test to see just well the HS is doing. If your load temps are staying in the low 40's then I'd overclock away. I had mine running at 3.8 on air and was at 55.
