Hey guys...
I was wondering if someone could help me understand the concept of GHz. I was under the impression that the more you have, the faster your CPU is. I have a Pentium 4 3.06 GHz CPU, but I've had it for almost 3 years now and I'm sure it's outdated. I really want to upgrade to an AMD 3800+ X2 but it's only 2.0 GHz... how is this possible? My computer is not fast at all, how can I have a 3.06 GHz processor and upgrade to one that is better/newer but "slower" in terms of GHz??
