Pentium 4 2.4c voltage question

I have my 2.4c running at 3.12GHz right now, after bouncing around from 3.0 all the way up to 3.3. I'm wondering how high I can safely set my voltage. I used to run at 1.7, but on my p4p800, that equated to as low as 1.62 load and as high as 1.8 when idle. Is 1.8 idle safe? And would more voltage help at this point? The voltage drops and spikes on this board are scaring me enough to contemplate a droop mod...
 
i personally wouldnt go over 1.7v with my 2.4c. ive heard many people say the same with any p4c
 
I'm not going to go over 1.65 in my p4 2.4c.
I'm trying to find out what its highest speed is at 1.575. I *might* decide to keep it running at 1.6 for good, but only if it gets me like ~50+ mhz over what 1.575 did.
