Does anyone know where to find the thermal data sheet for these? I can't seem to find it anymore.

The above is only a half answer. It really depends on what stepping you have wich may not be a D1 as the above poster assumes. The stepping is written as a sSpec number on the heat spreader. If you can remove the heatsink and find this information, you can get the details on your CPU, including the thermal spec at processorfinder.intel.com/scripts/default.asp.
 
CentronMe: I did make an assumption about which cpu leviathann was inquiring about. maybe he does have an M0, so here's a more complete answer, although all of this and more is in the datasheets...::)

Intel produced 3 specifications of the 2.40C chip w/ 800mhz fsb:

I've heard good things about the M0s, although i've only used a D1, which still oc'ed well.
 
just bought one of these today and it's from SL6WF China. cuz i remember seeing only costa ricas,malays and couple of others on cpudatebase but i've never seen a china.
anybody ever seen these?? and should it make a difference on overclocking results?
 
Mine oc's like dog poo. At 250fsb, 1.6 v ,ram 1:1 or 5:4 it craps out Prime in 30secs. Won't post over 260.
