Pending and uncorrectable sectors?

So I did that online analysis of my hard drive through Speedfan and it says that I have 6555 pending sectors, 6555 offline uncorrectable sectors, and that I should replace my hard drive. I was wondering if just reformatting would fix this. Would using one of those programs that totally wipe the disk clean be better? Here's a picture
 
Now its up to 6629 sectors. I did the long drive test with Sea Tools and it said it repaired 98 sectors, but I guess that didn't work. It doesn't seem like I lost any data or anything is wrong, but I guess I'll RMA.
