Well, I have a decent comprehension of the various aspects of water cooling, and I love the temperatures I'm seeing. However, with this newfound cooling capability, and the constant quest for clock speed, I decided I might want to throw in some Peltier cells. I'm thinking a potted 226 watt, powered by a
Meanwell S-320-12. I have some neoprene, dielectric grease, and some conformal coating. I have a decent knowledge of T.E.Cs, but I am still hesitant to use them, because I like my chip water free. If any of you have advice on how to best insulate and apply a Peltier, please give advice, show pics, post worklogs, et cetera. Thank you for your help.

Well, I myself, am not completely sure, but a great site for you to check out would be www.procooling.com

Those guys really know their stuff about cooling, and so do the people in the forums. Theres an entire forum there devoted to pelt. cooling. Hope this helps a bit! :)
