Anyone tried using a Peltier pad between the CPU and HSF? I wonder if it works and how's the performance?

If you're gonna do it, get the titan amanda.

from what I have heard, homebrewed peltier/air cooling methods have always ended up kinda meh.

The titan amanda somewhat changed that..
