The UT2004 and Far Cry reviews are making it pretty damned hard for me to be patient and wait till after PCIExpress hits the market before upgrading my box. When can we expect PCIExpress boards and the new CPUs to hit the streets?

I would think there will probably be a bridge or something people can plug into their AGP port and it have a PCI-E port on the other end. I'm sure there are a whole lot of people that buy new vid cards but dont want to buy a new processor and motherboard.
They do, nVidia is putting that on the "new" card. Which is bad, only because the whole point of PCI-Express is the higher bandwidth (4.0GB/s) where if you bridge it to 8x AGP it bottlenecks (to 2.1GB/s). Which mean the new nVidia will be a AGP card, with a PCI-Express bridge for the new mobos. ATI on the other hand is making a true PCI-Express card with the full 4.0GB/s bandwidth. But im sure that will have a bridge that goes the other way, from PCI-Express to AGP which will allow people buy the PCI-Express card and use it on their current systems.
