I don't know about the rest of you but I've gravitated to mATX boards the last few years and have a couple with open PCIeX1 slots. If I was to get, say a GT240 would it be practical to put it in a X1 slot? would the Horde get reasonable ppd on it? Thx for any replies
 
if its an open ended slot or you modify it to be an open ended slot then yes it would work.. should allow enough bandwidth to fold..
