I have an old sempron box (uni-processor) with PCIe v1 and am wondering if I would be crippling GPU folding because of the old PCIe version on the mobo.

The GPU I am planning to use is a PCIe v3 GTX 650Ti with 768 CUDA cores.

It shouldn't make any difference to folding speed, only PCIe v1 x1 slows down due to insufficient bandwidth
