PCIE in Laptops

Clevo has announced their release of a laptop with upgradable PCIE at the end of the month. My two questions are:

1) What video cards (ATI and Nvidia both) fit this?

2) Any guesses as to when Dell gets it? ATI and Dell have been really buddy-buddy, especially since their still current monopoly on the 9800 256 mobility video card and din't know if anyone had a guess as to when Dell would get PCIE. Dell is guarding the secret dearly. Best guess I have is late Janurary?

evidence behind that statement? im not mad, cause i dont care about dell particularly, but i figure u must have a reason

Overpriced, only Intel based, and everyone I know has had bad experiences.
 
if i had to buy a pc right now, i'd buy from dell. mainly because i know of no company that supply the mobile athlon64's (that are in the UK) :(
