PCI to IDE RAID?

So i recently bought a p5wd2 p to only find out that IT DOESNT HAVE IDE RAID! It has 2 SATA raid systems but no IDE. Thats crap because I just bough 2 cheap 200gb maxtors IDEs and I wanted to raid them. So the only options I am left with is either buy 2 new SATAs that I probably cannot afford or get a PCI to IDE Raid. Now how much loss will I see with the PCI to IDE Raid? Whats a good company to get? Thanks
