PCI Slot Alignment Changer?

I'm not sure what to call it but is there such thing as a little peice of hardware that you can stick into a PCI slot that has another PCI slot at the end of it so you can plug in a PCI card to be parallel to your MOBO?
if you're wondering why the hell i'd need something like that, i'm going to mod an old amplifier case and i can't have the PCI card (i only need one for the mod) projecting perpendicular because it would make it too tall.

got any ideas or links?
