im using clockgen to raise the HTT and the problem is that also the pci band is raised(according to clockgen) from 33 to 39 mhz.the processor is amd64 3200+(@2356mhz) and the mobo is asus a8ne-fm isnt the pci-lock in that mobo always on?

I have the HTT@235 after lowering my ram speed from 200 to 166, when i go over 240 in HTT my machine boots after some amount of time.SO how do i proceed sould i lower the speed in ram to 133mhz and after then raise the HTT over 240 or sould i lower the cpu multiplayer to 9 and then raise HTT?

btw.could someone suggest any programs to monitor computer temps.
