PCI Graphics Card

What is a good PCI (not PCI express) that supports HDMI?
I don't care how new it is, as long as it supports HDMI.
The older radeon HD cards without hdmi outputs on them will still output HDMI if you use a DVI-HDMI adapter right?

Need something to put in a computer without a PCI-e slot. The rest of the computer is good enough for what I need.

Also, if the regular PCI card costs over $40-$50, I'll probably just try to find a cheap older LGA 775 motherboard with a PCIe slot.

I am not aware of a pci video card with HDMI, and yes, DVI->HDMI should still work, but there will be no audio.

Wow, I didn't bother checking nVidia, they usually have more expensive stuff xD

Audio isn't a problem, I'll be using my own speakers.

That was pretty much my reaction too, with a little jaw dropping for dramatic emphasis and a well placed expletive after exhaling moderately loud.
