250 and under the 800xl but for 350 u could get a 6800gt or even ultra if u bought it off of the forums. hell some dude was selling a 7800gtx for 450 earlier last week.
 
The 6800GT is a more future-proof card in that price range and can easily achieve Ultra speeds, which would lay the smack down on a X800XL (not bloody likely that'll hit XT speeds).
