PCI-Express x1 extension cable?

How many GPUs do you have? Both PCIe x1 slots are blocked? What's in the second PCIe x16 slot? You can put a PCIe x1 card in a PCIe x16 slot.
 
I have one GPU, i tried moving it to the other slot but my SATA cables are in the way.

5770 is long lol

I really need a cable extender, but every single one i find is either 4.7 or 6 inches.

I need one thats gonna go around my GPU
 
I honestly didnt know that because of the size diff.
